|Complaint is those actions by one guildmate NOT accepted by guild rules or other guildmate(s).
Complainer is/are the guildmate(s) who submitted the complaint.
Complainee is/are the guildmate(s) whom being complained.
Complaint must be submitted through here: http://loa42spartacus.forumcity.com/viewforum.php?f=11
A complaint once being submitted, guild leader or deputy should acknowledge in forum and a complaint case is opened (An acknowledgement). The acknowledging deputy or leader should also acknowledge the complainee via forum and in-game private chat.
Complainee will have 3 days since the date of acknowledgement to appeal or gives explanation to the complaint case.
A complaint case will be reviewed by at least:
A. 2 deputies or guild leader with 1 deputy
B. 1 deputy/guild leader plus 2 officials/executives
C. 3 officials/executives
A complainer/complainee CANNOT review the complaint case.
Within 1 week from the date of acknowledgement, a decision should be made:
A. Acceptance of the complaint and action(s) should be taken;
B. Complaint not accepted and reply to complainer.
If a complaint case is being accepted, the following action(s) will be considered to be taken:
A. Warning and case recorded;
B. Relieve from guild post;
C. Kick from guild;
